Friday, July 14th: A traditional Puerto Rican Pig Roast for our Welcome Party & Perez Family Reunion

Details: Our Welcome Party/Perez Family Reunion begins at 5pm in the north lot of our wedding venue (please see google map link). Please plan to uber or drive yourself, there is plenty of parking. There will be yard games, music and tons of fun.If you did not RSVP to this event originally, but would like to come, feel free to just show up. Please bring your appetites as there will be way too much food!!!

Weather: The Welcome Party/Perez Family Reunion is taking place in a shaded area and will take place rain or shine. We have plans in place if it is raining or too hot outside. 

Attire: The Welcome Party/Perez Family Reunion is taking place on a gravel lot so please wear appropriate shoes. The attire for Friday is casual (i.e. sundresses, shorts, sneakers, t-shirts are all welcome).

Food/Drink: Without giving away surprises, even if you do not eat pork, there will be plenty of sides to make up a meal.

Saturday, July 15th: Wedding Day!

Details: Our wedding starts at 3PM. The ceremony and reception are all within the same location.

Weather: The entirety of our wedding will take place indoors (with AC). Weather permitting, there will be a brief welcome drink outdoors.

Food: Our wedding is tree nut and shellfish free!

Attire: Our wedding is formal attire.

Transportation (Arriving): We have arranged transportation via Coxsackie Transport Inc. Please click here for bus route schedule.

This schedule takes into account the addresses that were submitted to us via the RSVP form. If you do not see a bus stop close enough to you, please email us ASAP.

If you are planning to drive yourself, there is plenty of parking at the venue. Feel free to drive there and take the bus home. The venue is okay with cars staying overnight.

Transportation (Departing): Our first bus leaves the venue at around 10:15PM. Additional buses are alloted for the After Party.

After Party: You are encouraged to keep the party going with us at our After Party taking place at a secret room inside our venue. The bus will stay as late as needed to make sure we all get home safely.
